This policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) SKT Group LLC, legal address: 445035, Samara region, Tolyatti, Industrialnaya 6, room 11 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) is compiled in accordance with the requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data” and defines the general principles, goals and procedure for processing personal data, as well as measures to ensure the security of personal data of Site users https://skt-g.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the Site).

2.9. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;

2.15. IP address is a unique network address of a node in a computer network through which the User accesses the site.
3. Purposes of personal data processing
3.1. The basis for the processing of personal data of users of the Site is consent to the processing of personal data. The users of the Site give their consent to the processing of their personal data in the following cases:

3.6. Biometric personal data and special categories of personal data related to race, nationality, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, health status, and intimate life are not processed on the Site.
3.7. The Operator does not verify the accuracy of the information provided by the User, and assumes that the User provides reliable and sufficient information, controls its relevance.
3.8. Personal data is stored in a form that allows you to identify the subject of personal data for no longer than the purposes of personal data processing require.
3.9. The condition for the termination of personal data processing may be the achievement of the goals of personal data processing, the expiration of the period for processing personal data, revocation of the consent of the Site user to the processing of his personal data, as well as the identification of unlawful processing of personal data.
4. Legal grounds for processing personal data

5. Measures to ensure the security of personal data
The security of personal data processed by the Operator is ensured through the implementation of legal, organizational and technical measures necessary to fully comply with the requirements of current legislation in the field of personal data protection.
5.1. The Operator ensures the safety of personal data and takes all possible measures to exclude access to personal data of unauthorized persons.
5.2. The User’s personal data will never, under any circumstances, be transferred to third parties, except in cases related to the implementation of current legislation.
5.3. In case of inaccuracies in personal data, the User can update them independently by sending a notification to the Operator to the Operator’s e-mail address mikhailova_ng@skt-g.ru marked “Updating of personal data”.
5.4. The period of processing of personal data is unlimited. The User can withdraw his consent to the processing of personal data at any time by sending a notification to the Operator via e-mail to the Operator’s e-mail address mikhailova_ng@skt-g.ru with the note “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data” or by sending a written request to the legal address: 445035, Samara region, Tolyatti, Industrialnaya 6, room 11.
6. Terms of transfer and processing of personal information
With regard to the User’s personal information, its confidentiality is maintained, except in cases where the User voluntarily provides information about himself for general access to an unlimited number of persons.
The Operator also prohibits an indefinite circle of people from using the image, full name of employees posted on the site https://skt-g.ru/ for purposes other than informational purposes.
The Site has the right to transfer the User’s personal information to third parties in the following cases:
• The User has agreed to such actions.
• The transfer is necessary for the User to use a certain service or to fulfill a certain agreement or contract with the User.
